Please allow a processing time for your order before your order is shipped. Allow 24-48 hours for processing and 7-10 business days for shipping. Time is estimated in "full business days." We are not responsible for lost, damaged packages or packages shipped to the wrong address. If your address is different on Paypal then the address you use for the order, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify what address your package is to be shipped to. After your item(s) have shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We do NOT pay return shipping costs on ANY order at any time. This is in direct following of PayPal rules as well. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on items within 30 days of purchase. Your return is then eligible for replacement, credit or refund of the purchase price. You must call for a return authorization before shipping item(s) back. Items must be in resale condition with all original packaging. All our packages are shipped insured. In case of damage in shipping, retain carton and all packaging material for inspection by UPS. Then call us to report the damage. Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 5 days from the date of receipt. We are not responsible for any fees associated with the return of your order, including but not limited to postage, shipping, taxes, return freight, and refused shipment return charges. Returns of non-damaged goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must call for a return authorization. ALL shpping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
